Saltwater Cowboy operates this website and online store, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services provided through it (collectively, the “Services”).
Please read these Terms carefully, as they contain important information about your legal rights, obligations, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
By visiting, using, or interacting with our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Saltwater Cowboy reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason. An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.
Saltwater Cowboy may be unable to modify or cancel orders once accepted. If we decline or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that purchases are for personal use only and not for commercial resale.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices are subject to change without notice. The price in effect at the time of purchase will be listed in your order confirmation.
Prices do not include taxes, duties, customs fees, shipping, or handling unless expressly stated.
You agree to provide complete, accurate billing and account information and to promptly update any changes to your payment details.
You represent and warrant that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and that all charges incurred will be honored by your payment provider.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Saltwater Cowboy is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or events outside our control.
Once an order is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, marked as delivered, or delayed in transit.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content available through the Services—including text, graphics, logos, trademarks, product descriptions, photographs, and digital media—is owned by Saltwater Cowboy, its licensors, or partners, and protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
All trademarks associated with Saltwater Cowboy, including product names and branding, are the property of Saltwater Cowboy Inc. or its licensors.

We may provide access to third-party tools or integrations. These tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Your use of optional third-party tools is at your own risk and subject to the terms of the relevant third-party providers.
Future features and tools added to the Services will also be subject to these Terms.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or materials. Saltwater Cowboy does not control and is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
Saltwater Cowboy is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform enabling us to sell products. All purchases are made directly between you and Saltwater Cowboy. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions or interactions related to your purchases.
You expressly release Shopify from all claims arising out of your transactions with Saltwater Cowboy.
SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY
Personal information collected through the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy [LINK] and by Shopify’s Privacy Policy, as Shopify hosts the platform.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and consent to the processing and transmission of your personal information by Saltwater Cowboy, Shopify, and third-party service providers, which may operate in jurisdictions outside your residence.

By submitting any ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant Saltwater Cowboy a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, and distribute such Feedback for any purpose.
You represent and warrant that you own the rights to your Feedback, that it does not infringe third-party rights, and that it complies with applicable laws.
We may remove any Feedback that violates these Terms.

The Services may contain errors or inaccuracies relating to pricing, product descriptions, promotions, or availability. Saltwater Cowboy reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel or modify orders affected by inaccuracies without prior notice.

Sections that reasonably should survive termination will continue to apply.

Your use of the Services is at your sole risk.

Saltwater Cowboy’s maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product at issue.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saltwater Cowboy, Shopify, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
Saltwater Cowboy may assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
SECTION 19 – WAIVER & ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Failure by Saltwater Cowboy to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Saltwater Cowboy concerning your use of the Services.
SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. Saltwater Cowboy may assign its rights at any time without notice.
SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and any related agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the province and country where Saltwater Cowboy Inc. is headquartered (Canada). You consent to jurisdiction in such courts.
