Due to the nature of our products, all items sold on www.saltwatercowboy.ca are final sale. Saltwater Cowboy produces cosmetic and personal care products, and for hygiene, health, and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds on opened or used products.

By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or not the item you ordered, you must notify us within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

To initiate a claim, please contact us at:

Your email must include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the product and packaging condition

Failure to provide sufficient documentation may result in denial of the claim.

If your claim is approved, Saltwater Cowboy will, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the item, or
  • Issue a refund to the original method of payment.

We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the conditions outlined above.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Saltwater Cowboy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered by the carrier.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve an issue may result in being restricted from future purchases.
