Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our website and is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

Processing times are separate from carrier transit times.

Saltwater Cowboy Inc. is not responsible for delays resulting from:

  • High order volume
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather events
  • Customs inspections
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

2. Shipping Rates & Transit Estimates

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

1–2 business days — $30.00

Standard
3–9 business days — $10.00

Standard (Free Shipping)
3–9 business days — Free on orders $75.00+

United States

Express International
2–3 business days — $26.00

Standard International
4–8 business days — $6.00

4–8 business days — Free on orders $60.00+

Australia

Express International
4–7 business days — $40.00

Express International (Free Shipping)
4–7 business days — Free on orders $95.00+

Standard International
6–10 business days — $13.00

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.
Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.

4. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders (including the United States and Australia) may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are assessed by the destination country.

  • These charges are not included in product or shipping costs.
  • These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Saltwater Cowboy Inc. is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout.

Saltwater Cowboy Inc. is not responsible for:

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses
  • Delays caused by address errors
  • Additional shipping fees incurred due to address changes

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for all reshipment costs.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the customer.

Saltwater Cowboy Inc. is not liable for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received
  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Carrier delays
  • Delivery issues outside our control
  • For missing deliveries, you must contact the carrier directly and file a claim.

7. Damaged Items

Saltwater Cowboy Inc. does not accept returns or refunds for products damaged during delivery.
Packaging may experience normal wear and tear in transit.

If your package arrives severely damaged or appears tampered with, please file a claim with the carrier and notify us at hello@saltwatercowboy.ca.

8. International Restrictions

We currently ship to:

  • Canada
  • United States
  • Australia

If your region is not listed, we do not ship there at this time.
